บริษัท วี อาร์ ดิจิตอล จำกัด เริ่มก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2536 หรือปี ค.ศ. 1993 ในนามของ บริษัท เวคเตอร์ ราสเตอร์ เทคโนโลยี จำกัด โดยกลุ่มสถาปนิกที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในงานด้านการออกแบบ ตลอดจนการทำภาพเพื่อการนำเสนองานออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม (Design Visualization) การนำเสนองานออกแบบเขียนแบบสถาปัตยกรรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ (Presentation Drawings / Software Integration) ตลอดจนการให้แนะนำวางระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ในสำนักงานสถาปนิก แนะนำและจัดหาซอฟต์แวร์เพื่อการทำงานในสำนักงานสถาปนิก และฝึกอบรมการทำงานสถาปัตยกรรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ให้กับบุคลากรของสำนักงานสถาปนิกตลอดมา

นับจนถึงปัจจุบันเป็นเวลามากกว่า 25 ปี บริษัทฯ มีความภาคภูมิใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้นำประสบการณ์ และความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่เพื่องานออกแบบและการก่อสร้าง เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมการออกแบบและการก่อสร้างในประเทศไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง จนได้รับการยอมรับจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน

ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมและศูนย์ทดสอบความรู้ เพื่อการใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์ด้านการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมและวิศวกรรม สำหรับผู้ใช้งานในระดับมืออาชีพ ด้วยหลักสูตรที่หลากหลายและมีมาตรฐาน โดยได้รับการแต่งตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการจาก Autodesk ให้เป็น Autodesk Authorized Training Center ทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรม วิศวกรรม และการก่อสร้าง (AEC) และเป็นศูนย์ทดสอบความรู้ Autodesk Authorized Certification Center แห่งแรกในประเทศไทย อีกทั้งยังได้รับการแต่งตั้งจากสภาสถาปนิก ให้เป็นหน่วยงานผู้จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาวิชาชีพต่อเนื่อง (พวต.) อีกด้วย
